That weird all-dark Astro Boy episode when Astro Boy died or something? Anyway, this morning I woke up automatically at 6am and just lay there, my mind still a bit hazy as the fresh air swirled in through the open balcony glass door, thinking – thinking – thinking – then suddenly: inspired. A vision in my head which I had to jot down. I think it might work well in The Secret Project or if not, just as images and feelings from a Friday morning captured into words… Read More

Without giving too much away, it is the story of how ordinary, everyday people, can make a difference in this world, a world that is moulded around the 9-5 work routine. A world that is too busy flicking through “reality” TV shows and the pages of tabloid magazines to notice the passing of our own lives, distracted from discovering who we really are and what we want to do with the time we’ve been given. Because, surely, life has to contain so much more than merely Brangelina, stocktake sales at our favourite department store, and half-naked self-taken photos in front of bathroom mirrors for the MySpace profile.

You’re probably… Read More
